They are not manufactured by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from the original brand owners. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this fact.

1.2 No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

•       Change of mind after purchase

•       Dissatisfaction with product aesthetics or finish

•       Perceived quality difference from original branded products

•       Delay in delivery due to courier or logistics partner

•       Product not meeting unstated personal expectations

All sales are final. Customers are encouraged to review product images, descriptions, and pricing carefully before completing a purchase.

1.3 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

•       The item received is significantly different from what was displayed on the product listing (wrong item shipped)

•       The item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect that renders it completely unusable

To be eligible for an exchange:

•       The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email

•       The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

•       Photographic or video evidence of the defect/wrong item must be shared at the time of raising the request

•       Products that have been opened (perfumes, innerwear, vapes) are not eligible for exchange under any condition

1.4 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories are strictly non-exchangeable:

•       Perfumes and fragrances (once seal is broken)

•       Innerwear of any kind

•       Vape products and accessories

•       Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount code

•       IPL Jerseys made or customised to order

1.5 Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at limitlesscollections845@gmail.com or our WhatsApp channel with your order ID and supporting media.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Step 3: If approved, we will provide a return address. The customer bears all return shipping costs.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange item (subject to availability) will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria. Our decision in all disputes shall be final.
