2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We do not guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch.
2.2 Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
•      Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
•      Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
•      Remote or rural areas: 7–14 business days
These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner delays, festive season volumes, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Limitless Collection shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
2.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Free shipping, where applicable, is at the discretion of the store and may be withdrawn at any time.
2.4 Tracking
A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must raise the issue within 24 hours of the delivery update.
2.5 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will bear any re-delivery charges. If the parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will be charged before reshipping.
2.6 Risk of Loss
Once an order is dispatched and handed over to the logistics partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Limitless Collection is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit after handover to the courier.
